Last updated 2026-10-19. This version covers Sign Any PDF 2.3.0 and later, which add anonymous usage analytics (see below). The bundle identifier still reflects the app's old name, SignFast.
Sign Any PDF is a PDF signing app. Your documents, signatures and saved details are processed and stored on your device, and we never see, store or transmit them. From version 2.3.0 the app sends anonymous usage analytics so we can fix and improve it. You can switch this off at any time in Settings → Share analytics.
There are no accounts, no logins, no ads and no advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. With Share analytics on (the default), the app sends anonymous usage events: which screens are opened, taps and feature use, purchase events (started, completed, cancelled, restored), the app and iOS version, the device model, language and mobile carrier, and your approximate location (country, region or city, derived from your IP address). Each event carries a random identifier created on your device at install, plus Amplitude's device identifier (Apple's identifier for vendor, which is specific to this developer's apps). Neither is your Apple ID, name, email or advertising identifier.
On screens that show none of your documents or signatures, Amplitude Session Replay may record a masked replay of screen activity in which text is hidden. The document editor, signature pad, saved signatures, profile details, export options and document list are excluded from replay entirely. Your documents, signatures, typed text and saved details are never recorded or sent.
Turning Share analytics off in Settings stops analytics events and replay.
The following are stored locally on your device and are never sent anywhere by Sign Any PDF:
When you tap to open a PDF, iOS shows the file picker. Sign Any PDF can only read files you explicitly choose. We do not have, nor do we request, broad file-system access.
If you buy Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple via StoreKit and the App Store. Apple sends us only an anonymous receipt indicating that a purchase occurred, so the app can unlock exporting, saved details and the page tools. Pro is a single one-time purchase; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Your billing information, Apple ID, and payment method are visible only to Apple, not to us. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles your purchase data. While Share analytics is on, RevenueCat (a purchase-management service) also receives purchase and entitlement events keyed to the same random install identifier; it does not receive your payment details.
Usage events are sent to our own analytics endpoint and to Amplitude, which processes them on our behalf. RevenueCat receives purchase events as described above. Sign Any PDF has no advertising SDKs and does not track you. Apart from these analytics and purchase calls, network activity comes from iOS itself (for example, StoreKit during a purchase).
Sign Any PDF is a general-purpose utility for signing PDFs and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
