ResumeCraft Privacy Policy

Summary

ResumeCraft is designed to keep your resume, cover-letter, and career information on your device. The app does not require an account, does not include analytics SDKs, does not track you, and does not sell personal information.

Data stored on your device

The app stores resumes, cover letters, template choices, export settings, and app preferences locally on your iPhone or iPad. This information remains on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back up the device through Apple services you control.

AI writing assistance

AI writing features are optional. If you choose to use them, ResumeCraft sends the text you provide for that writing request to the configured AI endpoint using the API key you save in Keychain. AI writing only runs when you explicitly ask the app to generate or rewrite text.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. ResumeCraft receives purchase entitlement status from StoreKit so it can unlock premium features. Payment information is handled by Apple, not ResumeCraft.

Tracking and analytics

ResumeCraft does not track users across apps or websites, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and does not collect analytics or diagnostics for the developer.
